Website Administrator
We are looking for a Website Administrator to manage and optimize our gaming boost platform. You will be responsible for maintaining the website, ensuring smooth functionality, updating content, and assisting users with technical issues. This role involves close collaboration with our marketing, support, and development teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage and update website content (posts, banners, FAQs, etc.),
- Monitor website performance and troubleshoot technical issues,
- Coordinate with developers to implement fixes and improvements,
- Assist users with account-related and technical support queries,
- Ensure security measures are up to date (backups, plugins, etc.),
- Optimize SEO and user experience (UX) for better engagement.
About you
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS (WordPress, Shopify, etc.),
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar),
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus,
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills,
- Passion for gaming and understanding of boosting services,
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
