Online Platform "boostlock.pro" (BOOSTLOCK PORTAL, E-Trading License, UAE, Dubai), accessible via the domain name boostlock.pro (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), provides the technical infrastructure to facilitate interaction between individuals: Buyers (Customers) who post requests for digital services, and Sellers (Service Providers) who offer to perform such services, Buyers and Sellers (Users) who engage in transactions within the Platform. In accordance with this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), the Platform is not a party to any transaction between Customers and Service Providers. Instead, the Platform acts solely as an intermediary, offering agency functions and technical infrastructure to support such interactions. Under this Agreement, the Platform offers its Internet-based services to Customers and Service Providers under the terms and conditions set forth herein and in other documents governing the relationship between the Platform and its users. This Agreement constitutes a public offer. By using the Platform, Customers and Service Providers accept and agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions stated herein. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and covers the provision of information and other services via the Platform’s secure web-based interface.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 This Agreement regulates relations that arise between the Administration and Users during using the Internet Service functional opportunities by Users.
1.2 This Agreement is formulated by the Internet Service Administration and includes basic norms and rules which are fundamental for the Internet Service functionality.

1.6 Using the Internet Service means full and unqualified acceptance of this Agreement by the User.

2. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE
2.1 For full-fledged using of the Internet Service, the User shall accept this Agreement.
2.2 Agreement Acceptance means full User acceptance and agreement with all conditions and documents of the Service.
2.3 Legal actions aimed at using the Service functionalities are considered Agreement acceptance.
2.4 The User shall not be allowed to use the Service without full acceptance.
2.5 All electronic documents and expressions of will are recognized as valid in simple written form.
2.6 The duration of acceptance is not limited or personally determined.
3. REGISTRATION
3.1 Authorization is executed through completing the registration form.
3.2 The User provides personal data during registration.
3.3 After authorization, full access to Service functionality is granted.
4. SERVICE ADMINISTRATION STATUS
4.1 The Administration works on behalf of the Service owner.
4.2 The Administration controls Service functionality and user actions.
4.3 The Administration may restrict access to violators of this Agreement.
4.4 The Administration shall have the right:
4.4.1 Modify design, content, services, software at any time.
4.4.2 Send messages to users related to Service use.
4.4.3 Change or terminate account access.
4.4.4 Provide paid/unpaid services as described.
4.4.5 Request user consent for personal data processing.
4.4.6 Import and store personal data with consent.
4.4.7 Impose or change usage restrictions.
4.4.8 Take actions to improve service quality.
5. USER LEGAL STATUS
5.1 Ensure full payment for services.
5.2 Not create obstacles for order execution.
5.3 Resolve disputes per this contract.
5.4 Provide requested data: full name, payment details, character info, etc.
5.5 Acknowledge risk of account suspension and conditions for compensation.
5.6 Allow screenshots to be used in disputes.
5.7 Understand that dissatisfaction is not grounds for refund.
5.8 Take notes, ask questions, and receive full training information.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
6.1 All content on the Service is protected by copyright laws.
6.2 Content use is allowed only within functionality and with permission.
6.3 Personal, non-commercial use allowed with all copyrights preserved.
6.4 The Administration is not responsible for User actions or third-party policies.
6.5 Site is amateur, created to share info and promote products, not to use others' IP for commercial gain.
6.6 Third-party IP used only from open sources to highlight game features and satisfy personal interest.
7. DURATION
This Agreement is in force during the entire period of Service use.
User may terminate Agreement by notifying the Administration.
Agreement is valid from publication and remains indefinitely.
8. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
Administration guarantees personal data collection and storage per the law.
Personal data processing is regulated by Privacy Policy – https://boostlock.pro/privacy/
User may withdraw consent by email to help@boostlock.pro, which may lead to account and access deletion.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
Administration is not liable for non-performance due to force majeure.
Force majeure includes disasters, war, legal changes, etc. Parties will do their best to fulfill obligations.
10. DISPUTES
Agreement governed by the legislation of the Service owner's country.
Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations.
Unresolved disputes shall be referred to court.
11. FINAL PROVISIONS
Agreement between User and Administration becomes binding upon acceptance.
Agreement governed by local legislation.
