Refund Policy

Boostlock offers a 'no-questions-asked' full refund to all its customers within 30 days from the purchase date for 'agent' services, if the service has not started yet, or the booster wasn't assigned to your order.

Boostlock considers the service as started once the performer has been assigned to the order and the customer has been informed.

Once a Boostlock service is purchased, an estimated completion time will be provided during the purchase process. This will generally be a range, e.g., 1–4 hours. The upper limit is considered the ETA.

You are eligible for a 100% refund if the service hasn't been started or the booster hasn't been assigned.

You are eligible for an 80% refund if the booster has been assigned but the service hasn't started or only immaterial progress has been made.

Your right to a refund is limited solely to the unfulfilled part of the service. The exact fulfillment level will be determined reasonably between you and us.

You agree that Boostlock is not responsible for actions taken by game developers when purchasing services. No refunds will be issued for already completed services due to unforeseeable suspensions.

Boostlock cannot control your in-game behavior that is outside the scope of the service. If your account was suspended before the service was completed, a partial refund will be issued based on the completed portion.

If a suspension occurred due to prohibited software use (e.g. cheats or exploits), Boostlock guarantees a 100% refund if proper documentation is provided proving the suspension was caused by our booster.

If the client fails to pay, including by improper chargeback or card cancellation, Boostlock may suspend or terminate the account and seek legal remedies including reimbursement of collection costs and legal fees.

Refunds are processed within 24 hours. The actual receipt time depends on your bank or credit company. If you haven’t received your refund within 1–10 business days, please contact us via email — we’ll help resolve it.
